Our customer service team is based in our factory in Elst. This means short communication lines for product design, technical development, manufacturing and with the quality team. This also enables us to flexibly make last minute adjustments. On top of that it is easy to communicate with the team: we speak your language, be it English, German, French or Dutch.
A strong advantage is our manufacturing site located in Netherlands and the fact that we source all base materials in Europe. This offers a high level of efficiency and flexibility in planning and logistics. In addition, we are able to respond quickly to changes in markets and demand. Our customers are so assured of short lead times and unnecessary stocks are a thing of the past.
